Responsible Gambling
Version no 1.6, last update date on 2011-10-03, effective 2011-10-03
We at Raybet see online gambling, whether it is poker, casino and/or sportsbetting as a positive form of entertainment for adults. Most players share this opinion, but there is a small percentage that let gambling become a big part of their lives. If you feel that your gambling is a problem, upon your request Raybet can:
- limit the amount you can lose within a specified period of time
- set the limit on your credit card(s) deposits
- temporary or permanently exclude you from accessing our services
All such requests have to be sent to support@raybet.com address.
Please note that any requests to raise or revoke the maximum loss limit will pass a 7 day automatic “cool-off” period during which you will be able to reconsider your decision.
Funds can be transferred between different gaming verticals (Poker, Casino, Betting etc.) without affecting your loss limit.
Example: If you transfer 50 Euro from your Cashier balance to the Poker and then 40 Euro back to Cashier then only 10 Euro of the loss limit will be used.
Decreasing of a loss limit will have an immediate effect after the change is applied by Raybet.
Upon closing your account due to issues with gambling, Raybet will do everything possible to prevent you from registering new account(s) in the future, however it is the clients’ responsibility not to attempt to open new account(s).
Raybet also reserves the right to close your account in case we believe that your gambling causes personal or financial difficulties.
Additionally, we would like to point out that unless you clearly specify gambling related problems as the reason for the account closure, we will not be able to block you from accessing our gaming services in the future. You still will be able to create new accounts and access our gaming services.
